**Job Title**: Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

**Company**: Convoyage Textiles (A unit of Convoyages Systems Pvt. Ltd.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and create original and high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce polished videos, including adding graphics, music, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience interaction, and overall strategy alignment.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with current trends, viral challenges, and platform-specific strategies to incorporate into your content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and campaign goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and collaborating with influencers or other creators when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, specifically on YouTube and Instagram reels.
- Proven experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for creating compelling captions and content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh content ideas.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
