Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily / monthly targets.

Understand customer needs and provide the best possible solution.

Build a strong client base of existing and new customers.

Generate new strong leads through promotional activities & cold calling.

Ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan Objectives.

Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships.

Work from customer engagement to customer delight.

Skills:
- 2-5 years' of sales experience (REAL ESTATE experience will be preferred)

Good business communication skills with proficiency in English.

Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness.

Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customer’s satisfaction.

Has very good problem-solving skills.

Decision Making

Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.

- Real Estate negotiation

Real Estate promotion

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
