**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for quality control and assurance.
- Support production processes by providing chemical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and experiments in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve manufacturing processes and product formulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
