The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing Brand creatives for Outdoor, Marketing, Social assets, New gifting and packaging concepts, product designs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Designing**:

- In content designing you need to plan what all content you will be planning for the entire month with the thought process behind each planning.

**Creative Designing**:

- In creative designing you will need to plan the creatives for each video, photo, content, stories etc. that you will be planning for the month

**Managing social assets**:

- you will be responsible for managing all the social media accounts of the organization. And also creating new platforms if needed.

**R&D on new concepts**:

- you will be required to put on your thinking caps and come up with some creative packaging and concept ideas.

**Product photography**:

- managing the product portfolio pictures as and when required for social media post either by yourself or by outsourcing.

**Improvising website content-** Keeping an eye from time to time on website upgradations, suggestions etc. for better customer experience

**Campaign management**:

- designing/ planning and execution of campaigns to increase customer awareness with the ultimate aim to increase the footfall and sales.

**Marketing calendar**:

- you will be required to come up with the complete planning of activities that you will be doing for the entire month.

**Budget management**:

- you will be required to come up with an expected budget of the activities that will be done related to marketing in that month.

**Competition benchmarking**:

- keep an eye on the marketing strategies of the competitors and planning our own strategies accordingly

**Additions**:
Executing all marketing campaigns apart from social campaigns

**Software**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw

**Salary**:Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000/
- **Time**:10:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
