**Job Title**: Caretaker - Guest House / Property

**Location**: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000

We are looking for a **reliable and hardworking Caretaker** to take care of a guest house/property in **Shimla**. The role requires managing daily tasks, cooking basic meals, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the property
- Cook **basic meals** for guests or the owner when needed
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, gardening, electricity)
- Ensure the safety and security of the property
- Assist and attend to any guest needs during their stay
- Coordinate for groceries, repairs, or other basic supplies
- Report any major issues or requirements to the property owner

**Requirements**:

- Prior caretaker or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Basic cooking skills are required
- Honest, responsible, and self-managed
- Physically fit and active
- Willing to live on-site if required
- Ability to speak Hindi
