**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Location**: Active Care Physiotherapy, Nagpur Koradi

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding treatments and services.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk environment.
