**Position**:
For international oil and gas projects we're currently looking for a:
**JUNIOR DESK EXPEDITER**

Main responsibilities:

- Daily management of Vendors in order to monitor the status of supplies;
- Regular issuance of reports on the vendor process in order to monitor the status of orders;
- Contacting customers to update them on the status of the order;
- Weekly management of the status of customer data;
- End of month reporting;
- Desk expediting activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / diploma in a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages;
- Availability to work full time in Varna.
