**Qualification**: B. Com / Diploma in Engineering

**Experience**:5 Years

**Location**:Bhiwandi / Navi Mumbai

**1. **Store work**
- Provide day to day management of the Stores with responsibility for day-to-day stores activity such as Receipt, issue, storage, inventory management, maintain store records & cycle counting etc.

**2. **Production work**
- Evaluate dispatch process to ensure maximum efficiency with 3S & Lean process.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
- Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant.
- Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping
- Maintain open lines of communication between employees, Sales, management, and Customer Support team
- Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

**3. **Quality Work**
- Understand the function of trading part.
- Responsible for reviewing products and materials during material GRN process to make sure the meet company requirements.

**4. **Logistic work**
- Understand volume & dimension of finish good to daily booking part load & direct vehicles

**5. **Customer Support Work**
- Follow up customer support team to take order and execution on time as per customer requirement.
- Make sure all invoice documents should have company stamp & signature.
- Keep all hard copy of dispatch invoice with per day records.
- Also person should handle independently admin work for monthly stationery & warehouse 3S.
