Adreso is currently hiring a Deputy Housekeeper for a leading hospitality group in Bangalore. If you can maintain top-tier housekeeping standards while effectively managing operational costs within budgets, we want to hear from you

What we're looking for:

- Certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school
- Minimum 4 years of Housekeeping experience, including 3 years in a management role
- Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication as well as local languages
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in stressful environments
- A team player with a proactive and motivating attitude
- Well-groomed and professionally presented at all times
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage departmental budgets and control operational costs
- Proficiency in monitoring and managing inventory of operating equipment and supplies
- Expertise in analyzing monthly P&L reports and identifying deviations from business plan goals
- Strong knowledge of updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Capability to ensure adherence to auditing and reporting standards
- Ability to conduct quality control inspections and share results with the team
- Collaboration skills to work with the Chief Engineer in maintaining hotel areas to the highest standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for conducting staff meetings, interviews, and performance reviews
- Proficiency in developing and implementing staff training programs
- Capability to prepare schedules, payroll, and reports
- Strong knowledge of managing departmental cleanliness and organization through regular walkthroughs
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
