**Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ANM/GNM nursing freshers / Experienced to join our healthcare team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Generating/Attending new leads from hospital post-surgery.**

**Reaching their targets of dressing new ostomy patients.**

**Educate patients and their families about the ostomy procedure, stoma care and pouching systems.**

**Understanding the body profile & educating the patient about the ostomy products.**

**Ensure proper wound healing at the stoma site and provide care as needed.**

**Advise patients on dietary choices to maintain regular function and prevent digestive issues and guide them back to the surgeon if needed.**

**Work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and other healthcare team members.**

**Collecting & maintaining accurate data and ensuring targets of ostomy dressings to get incentives.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**ANM or GNM Nursing from a recognized institute.**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.**

**Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical procedures.**
