**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions to GDA students as per NSDC and SSC standards.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools.
- Train students in key competencies like patient care, infection control, basic nursing, personal hygiene, communication, and ethics.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and feedback.
- Organize practical demonstrations and coordinate hospital or care facility visits (if applicable).
- Conduct periodic evaluations and ensure student readiness for certification.
- Ensure a high level of engagement and discipline during training sessions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: B.Sc/GNM/ANM in Nursing or Diploma in relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of training/teaching experience preferred.
- **Certification**: GDA Trainer TOT certification (preferred or willingness to undergo).
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficient in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
