JR63719 Process & Equipment Engineering Manager (Evergreen)

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Management and Team Development
- Identify headcount needs, recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions
- Mentor employees and support their career growth, recognizing their strengths and building personalized development strategies for each team member.
- Establish goals, conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition, and drive accountability
- Develop and provide technical training to the team and groom each member to realize their fullest potential
- Offer guidance, mentoring, and training for all process team members and ensure they work safely.

**Process and Equipment Management**:

- Lead and manage the activities and operation of the Equipment/Process Engineering section
- Work together with other functional groups locally and globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives
- Ensure production equipment is in control and quality/reliability of the product meets expectations
- Sustain and improve key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects
- Reduce costs through continuous cost reduction efforts
- Ensure effective and efficient risk management strategies
- Define, develop, and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop new capabilities ahead of needs

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Process and Equipment knowledge in Wire Bonding/ Die Attach and Encapsulation will be added advantages.
- Strong technical background in process and equipment engineering
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to strictly determine and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
