Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Cuisine Cook to join our restaurant team. As a South Indian Cuisine Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes to perfection, ensuring that each dish maintains its traditional flavors and quality. Your primary duties will include:

- Expertly preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and a range of curries.
- Following recipes and cooking techniques to uphold the authenticity and taste of South Indian cuisine.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in the kitchen.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of South Indian cooking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service timings.
- Assisting in menu planning and contributing innovative ideas for South Indian specials and promotions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹179.92 - ₹239.89 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
