What you'll do
- You will report to Manager Software Development
- You will Conducting code reviews, training on new coding, and testing methodologies, manual testing, automated & manual testing guidelines, and best practices.
- You will be asked to assign and help validate work.
- Champion for acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), automated unit testing (AUT), and behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Guide the research, evaluation and implementation of automated testing tools and utilities
- Recognize areas in need of improvement and solve complex problems related to interconnected software components
- Work as part of a scrum team in an agile environment
- Willingness to step-in and manually test

You should have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with JS-based test automation (Cypress, Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, Karma
- Knowledge of QA fundamentals.
- Willingness to do manual verification.
- Experience working with global teams
- Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD) / Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD)
- Knowledge of build/test frameworks such as Webpack, Yarn, NPM
- Participate in increasing the percentage of automated versus manual test cases
- Experience in acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), automated unit testing (AUT)
- Experience using automated testing tools and utilities
- Build automated and manual test cases. Perform various level of testing, including feature, integration, regression, and load
- Experience technically leading team of Automation Engineers and providing them vision, guidance, and direction
