**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate CTVS Nursing Staff to join our dynamic team. The Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) Nursing Staff play a crucial role in the perioperative care of patients undergoing cardiac and vascular surgeries. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients undergoing cardiac and vascular surgeries.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in the management of hemodynamic parameters.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for surgery, including preoperative assessments and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to infection control protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Prior experience in cardiac or vascular nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
