**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Marathi and Hindi for 9th and 10th-grade students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
**- **Cultural Programs Organization**:

- Plan, organize, and execute cultural programs and events, including festivals, language days, and other school functions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and students to create a vibrant cultural calendar that celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity.
- Coordinate with external cultural organizations and artists for special events.
- Encourage student participation in cultural activities and foster an appreciation for Marathi and Hindi culture.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about students' academic progress and participation in cultural activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marathi, Hindi, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marathi and/or Hindi teacher, preferably for 9th and 10th grades.
- Strong knowledge of Marathi and Hindi languages and literature.
- Experience in organizing and managing cultural programs or events.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and innovative teaching materials.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational and event management purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and the wider school community.
