We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, as well as editing and producing high-quality videos. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that effectively communicate our brand message and marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:
1. Create compelling and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to website graphics, social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and design objectives.

3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements and platforms.

4. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that designs are modern, fresh, and relevant.

5. Work closely with the content team to create visually engaging graphics that support and enhance the written content.

6. Ensure that all designs are in compliance with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and consistency.

7. Prepare and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

8. Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.

9. Optimize designs for different platforms and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience.

10. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Video Editing:
1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.

2. Take raw footage and edit it into a visually appealing and cohesive final product, incorporating effects, transitions, and audio as necessary.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements, target audience, and storytelling objectives.

4. Ensure that videos maintain a consistent brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines.

5. Enhance video content by adding motion graphics, titles, and animations.

6. Optimize videos for different platforms and screen sizes to ensure a seamless viewing experience.

7. Manage video projects from start to finish, including organizing and managing video files, editing timelines, and delivering final products on time.

8. Stay updated with video editing trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve video quality and production processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, film production, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department.

3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora After Effect or similar.

4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic design and video editing skills and styles.

5. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.

6. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

7. Knowledge of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound, is a plus.

8. Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team environment.

9. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.

10. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and video editing choices.

Salary Range - 18K to 25K/- per month in hand salary.

Schedule: Day shift

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
