General Housekeeping

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- **Public Area Cleaning**:

- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms.
- **Laundry Management**:

- Collect and process laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing.
- Maintain inventory of linens and towels, and communicate with the laundry department for restocking.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Provide friendly and responsive service to guest requests or inquiries.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Report any deficiencies or issues to the housekeeping supervisor or manager.
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:

- Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed.
- **Efficiency and Time Management**:

- Complete tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
