**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of various technology projects, from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing resources, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively communicate any potential roadblocks or delays.
- Manage project communication by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring all parties are kept informed.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and identify opportunities for improvement in project efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
