Nurse in Charge

Bsc nurse / GNM, More than five years of experience as nurse in charge in a middle level hospital, duties includes overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care and ensuring adherence to protocols. They manage schedules, allocate resources, and foster effective communication with in the nursing team. Patient safety, quality of care, and efficient work flow are key responsibilities.

Additionally, they may collaborate with other healthcare professional to enhance overall hospital operation.
