**Data Entry Associate**:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as Data Entry Associate. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of content related to websites, products, blogs, image optimization, and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update website content, including text, images, videos, and other media elements
- Input product details such as descriptions, prices, and inventory information into the company's database or content management system
- Create, edit, and format blog posts based on provided guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and style
- Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO), including keyword research and implementation
- Generate leads by collecting and inputting client information into relevant systems or databases or spreadsheets
- Collaborate with the web design and development team to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the website

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven 6 months or 1 years of experience as Data Entry Associate or with similar position
- Proficiency in content management tasks, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, enabling you to make minor edits and adjustments to website content
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems, allowing you to navigate and update website content effectively
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and the ability to incorporate keywords and optimize content accordingly
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools for data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
