Job Title: Management Trainee - Packing

Reports to: Associate Technologist

Department: Operations

Experience: Fresher / One-year Industrial Exposure
- FMCG (Operation & Maintenance)

Qualification: Diploma or Equivalent course (mechanical, Tool and Die making, Mechatronics)

**Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu**

Mandatory: Flexible, willing to work in Shifts

Stipend: Rs.25,000 + Non-Statutory Benefits (Free Canteen, Uninform etc.,)

**About Job**: Needs to lead and manage the Shift Packing operations, will be leading the batch of technicians and responsible for delivering Quality Products with desired efficiency

**Responsible For**
- Operations and Maintenance of Cigarette Packing machines (State of art high speed machine).
- Check and verify the health of machine as per checklist
- Product setting & modification
- Performance of machine tracking and improvement.
- Quality assurance of products
- Adherence and maintain Industrial safety
- Innovative on process and product development
- Knowledge of statistical process control and its Analysis

**Knowledge**:
Good academic, Subject Knowledge, Hands on skill, Innovation,

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Self-driven and independent attitude
- Auto Cad and Computer skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
