
Healthcare Bpo Call Center Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and medical queries.
- Verify insurance details and process eligibility checks.
- Address patient inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2** years of experience in a healthcare BPO or call center.
- Strong communication skills (English and regional language preferred).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and billing processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM and call center software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
