Job Description for Admin Officer:
Client Management:

- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Arrangement of client meeting along with required details.
- Coordinate with Architect and Engineer to collect the Design, drawing from time to time.
- Follow-up with client payment & TDS filing.
- Coordinate and collect the required documents from legal team.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Perform other clerical job-related agreement and document duties such as filing, photocopying, monitor and maintained etc.
- Assist in HR/Finance/Sales & Marketing team in general admin duties as assigned.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Recording and maintaining office expenses, inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture.

**Qualification**:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Any Degree

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
