**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data entry and maintenance of records in spreadsheets and company databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Ensure accuracy in data management and filing of important company documentation.
- Assist in handling day-to-day back-office operations including administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Perform regular system updates and ensure data security.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience in a back-office or computer operator role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
