Role Overview
- :As a Data Entry Administrator at Pammi Bakers, you’ll accurately input and manage data, organize records, and support administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and company records.
- Verify data against source documents to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and file paperwork such as invoices, inventory sheets, and customer information.
- Perform data backups regularly and ensure adherence to data protection protocols.
- Assist with general office duties: scanning, filing, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies.
- Generate reports and summary sheets as required.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data entries and resolve discrepancies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. (Computer training is a plus.)
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and basic database software.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and understanding of data security practices.
- Good organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
