**Key Responsibilities**:
**Azure Stack HCI**:

- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Stack HCI solutions for hybrid cloud environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hyper-converged infrastructure using Windows Admin Center.
- Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Site Recovery, Storage Replica, and other relevant tools.
- Optimize Azure Arc-enabled services for hybrid management and governance.
- Integrate Azure Stack HCI with other Microsoft services like Azure Monitor, Defender form cloud, and Azure Backup.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in hybrid cloud deployments.

**Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)**:

- Design CI/CD pipelines for AKS using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting strategies for AKS clusters.
- Configure and secure AKS environments using network policies, Azure Policy, and Kubernetes RBAC.
- Optimize the performance and cost of AKS workloads through effective resource management.
- Manage service mesh implementations, such as Istio or Linkerd, in AKS environments.

**Collaboration & Consulting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud and containerization strategies.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to clients and stakeholders on Azure Stack HCI and AKS solutions.
- Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Admin Center, Defender for Cloud and Azure Arc.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, Container Backup and AKS.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including virtual networks, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience with hybrid identity solutions, such as Azure AD Connect and Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Certified Kubernetes Admin (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
