**Primary Skill**:

- Lead large strategic SAP transformation solutions with global scope, take end to end responsibility of entire SAP solutioning for Global Rollouts which includes effort estimation, deployment models, working with a solution team/SMEs across multiple geographies and providing detailed responses to RFP etc.,
- Develop global rollout strategy that outlines the sequence and timeline for regional implementations, considering business priorities and resource availability.
- Design global governance models and frameworks to oversee and control SAP rollout projects at the regional and corporate levels.
- Advise customers on how to address localization requirements, such as legal and regulatory compliance, tax codes, and language support, for each region involved in the rollout
- Knowledge of data harmonization strategies to consolidate and standardize master data and transactional data across global instances of SAP.
- Detailed knowledge of template governance, how to manage template integrity, interim solution & architecture for interfaces /reporting, release strategy, cutover, testing strategies, training and hyper care.
- Drive solution strategy by working with account team/sales/partners and shape the deals in tune with the competitive scenario, client priorities, technology suitability/viability.
- Plan, lead, present solution in client meetings/orals/workshops and with internal stakeholders during the solution reviews.
- Leading the S/4HANA lead Digital Transformation” in the customers’ journey, clearly demonstrating the business value.
- Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solution assurance.
- Open to work in delivery of rollout projects
- Guide, develop, mentor architects and continuously drive solutioning capability / improvements/ industrialization/ automation / ideate new solutions for innovations

**Secondary Skill**:

- 12-18 years of SAP Techno/Functional experience.
- SAP Pre-sales solution architect having experience in leading large strategic deals (>10 mio EUR) centered around SAP Implementation and Rollouts. Understanding business requirements and designing solutions along with estimation, costing and commercial offer to global customers.
- Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA - On Prem, RISE (Public & Private cloud)
- Large program management experience (Template Design/build, Global roll out) is preferred.
- Expert understanding of overall process of rollouts and transition to support’
- Broad understanding across functional areas / in-depth process knowledge in one area. Industry knowledge/sector knowhow in Manufacturing/Retail/CPG/Lifesciences
- Understands how business works, can articulate in business language and can translate solution/technology propositions into business value.
- Experienced in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery setup, people management and with good communication skills.
- Experienced in working with the CxO layer of customers.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- BE/MBA / or equivalent education
- SAP S/4HANA Certifications in function modules
- Delivered global rollouts as Project Manager
