**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional and friendly **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the front desk, and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative needs.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure the front desk is covered during working hours.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
