**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Maintaining all equipments/machine in consultation with Maintenance Department.

2) Maintaining flow of material as per man & material movements.

3) Maintaining availabilities of spares/ change parts required for equipment's/machines located in department in consultation with maintenance.

4) Responsible for operation and cleaning of Bioreactor, chromatography system, column, TFF system, Hollow fiber and cassettes along with related accessories.

5) Responsible for various water rinse samples of cleaned equipment's located in Unit preparation area.

6) Area cleaning monitoring & maintenace as per cGMP requirements.

7) Responsible for instruments calibration& maintenance of status label of instruments & equipments in area.

8) Responsible to fulfill the operational requirements of area as per cGMP requirements.

9) Issue & reciept of raw materials from stores required for batch operation as per BMR requisition

10) Responsible for proper gowning & change as per SOP.

11) Responsible for movement of materials for destruction of rejects generated during operation.

12) Maintaining equipment log register and BMRs.

13) To understand and follow the company's environement health and safety policy.
