**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:Analyse sales data and generate reports, charts, and dashboards to provide

insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
- **Database Management**:Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up

to-date information on customers, products, pricing, and sales activities.
- **Sales Support**:Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, pricing

inquiries, and product availability. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

and professionally.
- **System Administration**:Oversee the sales management system, ensuring proper

functioning, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT support when

necessary.
- **Sales Forecasting**:Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales

forecasts, set targets, and track progress towards goals.
- **Training and Documentation**:Develop and deliver training materials for sales personnel on

the effective use of sales systems, processes, and tools. Maintain documentation and user

guides.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to

enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Propose and implement improvements to

streamline sales operations.
- **Leads Follow up**:Maintain Leads Follow up on daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a

related field is often required. Previous experience in sales support, data analysis, or MIS

roles is highly desirable.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret sales data, identify

patterns, and generate meaningful insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and

techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with

internal sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to present complex

information in a clear and concise manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
