**Job Title**: Drum Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct drum classes for students of various ages and skill levels, following the school’s music curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, recitals, and school performances.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain drums and other percussion equipment, ensuring they are in good condition.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in drumming with hands-on experience teaching students.
- Prior experience as a Drum Teacher or similar role in schools or music institutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music education and ability to motivate students.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student progress.
