Good Communication Skills
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in journal posting and reconciliation required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
- Assist with the preparation and filing of payroll taxes
- Knowledge of Cash Applications
Offered salary 20000 to 25000
