We a women fashion brand with a strong visual identity and a growing digital presence. Based in Delhi, we’re focused on creating trend-forward, effortless styles with a contemporary aesthetic. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a dynamic, fashion-savvy individual to join our social media team.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Content & Social Media Associate to support our content creation efforts, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help maintain a strong and consistent brand presence on platforms like Instagram. You’ll be working closely with our existing social media team, contributing to photo and video content, reels, shoot planning, and overall content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture and curate engaging photos and videos for social media (using DSLR or iPhone)
- Create and edit Reels, Stories, and other short-form content
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop weekly content calendars
- Assist in ideating new content themes and campaign visuals
- Coordinate and support fashion shoots, including styling and logistics
- Edit photos and videos
- Stay updated with current social media and fashion trends

Who You Are:

- Background in fashion design or related field.
- Creative eye for detail and visual storytelling
- Basic experience with photography/videography and editing
- Comfortable with Instagram and digital content formats
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Delhi, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Work Location: In person
