**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Storytelling**
- Develop and produce engaging content (articles, social media posts, videos, reels, infographics, newsletters) that highlight school activities, events, and achievements.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during school events, classroom activities, and special projects.
- Write clear, appealing, and grammatically correct copy for various platforms.

**Social Media & Digital Presence**
- Manage and update the school’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to audience comments/messages.

**Collaboration & Event Coverage**
- Work closely with teachers, students, and the school management to gather stories, updates, and announcements.
- Attend and cover school events, competitions, exhibitions, and celebrations for real-time updates.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

**Design & Editing**
- Create visually appealing graphics, posters, and digital flyers for school programs and announcements.
- Edit photos and videos to maintain a high-quality standard.
- Ensure all content aligns with the school’s tone, values, and image.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a school environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the education sector or working with children.
- Ability to script and produce short video stories or interviews.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
