**Position Overview**:
Our Racing business is responsible for the CSR Racing franchise, including the #1 racing game on mobile, CSR2 and the groundbreaking next installment, CSR3. We are one of the most ambitious, successful, and creatively inclusive studio groups in the world. Based across two locations - London and Bangalore - the team loves welcoming diverse, humble, straightforward and ambitious talent, aspiring for award-winning excellence. **What You'll Do**:

- Design player-centred UX for new features, events, and onboarding experiences—from wireframes to detailed flow diagrams and interactive prototypes,
- Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, UI artists, PMs, engineers, and QA to align player experience with system complexity,
- Drive usability improvements in existing systems (e.g. events, car collection, progression) based on player pain points, telemetry, and feedback,
- Work within and extend CSR2's UX patterns and design systems, balancing innovation with consistency,
- Document and communicate UX specifications clearly to ensure smooth implementation by development teams,
- Participate in user testing and iterate based on findings from data, feedback, and intuition.

**What You Bring**:

- 2-5 years of UX experience in games or interactive products (mobile F2P strongly preferred),
- A portfolio showcasing clean flows, thoughtful wireframes, and rationale behind design decisions,
- Strong understanding of F2P systems, mobile design patterns, and player motivations,
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar,
- Able to balance player empathy with business and technical constraints,
- A self-starter who can own UX on complex features and contribute to the larger UX strategy.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in racing, simulation, or progression-heavy games,
- Familiarity with Unity or in-game prototyping tools,
- Prior work on LiveOps, FTUE, or long-term player engagement systems.
