**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Employment Type**: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-Friendly
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month (inclusive of performance incentives)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our student outreach and admissions team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, persuasive, and passionate about guiding students through one of the most important decisions of their academic journey. You will serve as a key touchpoint for prospective students and their families, providing guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Counselling & Engagement**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about academic programs, admission procedures, and campus life.

**2. Lead Handling & Conversion**
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion into enrollments.

**3. Target Achievement**
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team enrollment targets.

**4. Relationship Management**
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and families to support a positive admission experience.

**5. CRM & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam** (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
- A consultative, student-first approach to counseling.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, sales, or admissions is a plus, but **freshers are welcome** to apply.

- Malayalam
- English
