**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Support in creating engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- **SEO Optimization**: Help in optimizing website content and implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- **Campaign Analysis**: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- **PPC Advertising**: Provide support in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align efforts and deliver effective campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- **Creativity**: Strong interest in creating compelling and engaging content for digital platforms.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data and metrics, and use insights to improve campaigns.
- **Tools Familiarity**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Hootsuite is a plus.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team and contribute creative ideas.
