An Education Counsellor is a professional individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support and counselling.

**Role and Responsibilities: Education Counsellor**

As an Education Counsellor at Amritsar Digital Academy, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with students and counselling them about our courses.
- Conduct calls to potential students who have shown an interest in our courses
- Employ persuasive and consultative approaches to convert potential leads into enrolled students.
- Managing the admission process for the students
- Taking feedbacks from the existing students
- Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to come up with new growth strategies.
- Experience in counseling, advising, or education-related roles is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
