We are Hiring for Admission Officer for Aravali Internal School Sector 43
Position: Admission Officer
Reporting: Admission Head
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Tracking and Parent Connect
Responsible for all aspects of the school’s admissions process and pipeline management to maximize the number of visits, registrations, assessments & Admissions
Provide accurate forecasting of Admission numbers, monitor and report on Admissions, and maintain data in ERP.
Support the parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries, helping them to complete the required documents
Follow up on the visited parents and digital leads and all other leads for admission.
Maintain regular communication with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve problems.
Verification of documents and updating the same in the ERP/Software when needed
Follow-up with the parents for admission fees and quarter 1 fees
Record keeping and organizing all the school data
Other Front desk work as and when instructed by the Senior
Other operational activities
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
- Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
- Service oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Fluency in English
- Microsoft word
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
