**Title**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra**

**Reports to**: Senior Manager, Customer Service

**Reportees**: This is an individual contributor role

**Core Responsibilities**
- Oversee and guide warehouse team in daily execution activities Work with warehouse team to resolve stakeholder queries related to Part availability, Shipment dates etc.
- Facilitate reverse shipments and replacement shipments (At Imports and domestic level)
- Weekly present stakeholders on status of warranty, commercial, and FOC shipments
- Monitor daily stock count movement and inventory accuracy
- Strive to meet or exceed KPI such as same day warranty dispatches and closure on queries within 24 hours
- Customs clearance of all inward import shipment.
- Strive to meet or exceed KPI for clearance on time.
- Monitor warehouse compliances and ensure submission on Monthly reporting tool.
- Ensure warehouse compliances met and work on the gaps for licenses and registrations.

- Experience - 8 Years +
