**Job Title**: PGT Humanities

**Location**: Residential Campus

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Residential Role)

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students to develop analytical thinking, conceptual clarity, and strong writing skills.
- Integrate current events, national and international issues, and socio-political developments into classroom teaching.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide detailed feedback to students.
- Guide and motivate students aspiring for civil services and other competitive exams.
- Participate in school academic planning, seminars, and workshops to enhance the learning environment.
- Contribute actively to campus life and student mentoring programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 to 5 years** of teaching experience in **reputed UPSC coaching institutes** or senior secondary CBSE schools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to create an inspiring learning environment for students.
- Must be ready to **stay within the school campus** (residential position).
