**Responsibilities**:

- **Internal Audit**:

- Conducting internal audits of various clients across different industries.
- Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
- Implementing and overseeing control systems to prevent fraud.
- Preparing detailed audit reports with recommendations.
- **Statutory Audit**:

- Assisting in statutory audits of companies as per regulatory requirements.
- Verifying financial records and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinating with clients to collect necessary audit evidence.
- **Direct Taxation**:

- Assisting in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conducting tax audits and preparing tax audit reports.
- Researching and resolving tax-related issues.
- Advising clients on tax planning and compliance.
- **Indirect Taxation**:

- Assisting in GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
- Handling VAT, service tax, and other indirect tax matters.
- Conducting indirect tax audits and assessments.
- Providing advice on indirect tax-related issues and changes in regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of both groups of the CA Intermediate level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
