**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage ordering processes.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and meets visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to drive store performance and meet sales targets.
- Implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Handle cash management, including cash registers and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain store cleanliness.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
