**Job Summary**:
The Art & Craft Teacher is responsible for inspiring students’ creativity, developing their artistic skills, and cultivating a love for art through hands-on projects and creative expression. This role involves teaching art techniques, guiding students through the artistic process, and planning engaging projects suitable for various grade levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive Art & Craft curriculum aligned with I Global School’s educational philosophy.
- Plan and conduct lessons that include drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, and other art forms.
- Incorporate elements of art history, cultural art forms, and modern art techniques.
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach and demonstrate art techniques in a way that is accessible and engaging for students of different ages and skill levels.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in a positive, supportive environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Organize and manage materials, equipment, and art supplies efficiently.
- Plan art exhibitions, showcases, and displays of student work within the school to highlight students' talents and progress.
- **Skill Development & Assessment**:

- Track and evaluate student progress, maintaining records of grades and assessments.
- Adapt lessons for students with special needs or varying artistic abilities.
- Offer guidance for students preparing for art competitions or special art-related projects.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe art classroom.
- Enforce classroom rules and guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Encourage responsible use of art supplies and foster an understanding of art tools and safety.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with new art techniques, tools, and educational trends.
- Attend professional workshops, training sessions, and collaborate with other art educators.
- Contribute to I Global School's mission of holistic education by integrating creative development into the school culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification and prior experience in art education are preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to foster an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in various art forms and media, including digital art tools.
- Experience with organizing exhibitions and managing student art projects.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
