**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the office, including common areas, workstations, and restrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Handle the distribution of office stationary, documents, and parcels.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, and filing tasks.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms for conferences or events.
- Run errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other locations.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Facilitate in day to day operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of office tasks and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lifting when necessary.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
