**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare architectural and interior layout drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings.
- Convert sketches and concepts into accurate 2D CAD drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects and site engineers for drawing updates and revisions.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and versions.
- Assist in developing presentation drawings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 2D Draftsman in architecture/interior design or construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and drawing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
- Familiarity with municipal building norms and submission drawings is a plus.
