Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
- Ability to create organized filing system.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Arranging couriers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Recite the name of the business.
- Ask how you can help.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)
- Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
**Education**
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management
**Experience**
Minimum 6 to 1 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
**Skills**
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
