**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative, eye-catching **graphics, social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and marketing creatives**.
- Edit and produce engaging **videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics** for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the BrandMiz marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with our brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest **design trends, social media formats, and video content ideas**.
- Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW**.
- Strong video editing skills using **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva Video**.
- Ability to create **motion graphics, reels, GIFs, and video teasers**.
- Good understanding of **color theory, typography, layout, branding, and social media trends**.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Familiarity with **Figma** or UI/UX tools.
- Knowledge of **photography, basic animations, or 3D design**.
- Understanding of **digital marketing, ad creatives, and video ad formats**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field**.
- A **portfolio of graphic and video design work** is mandatory.
