Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Inconel & SS overlay as per API specifications & approved procedures. Used Drawing as a guide to fabricate mild and stainless steel structures & pressure equipments. Managed equipment and materials safety including setting up parts on welding table and effectively using MIG Welding. Carefully inspected all finished parts to ensure compliance with all regulations, making adjustments and repairs as needed with SMAW Welding. Interpret fabrication drawing for steel structures of BOP units and other API products. Fabrications and lay out items in proper structures, identifications proper procedure for welding and each and every connections. Safely use SMAW & MIG welding to use low alloy steel, stainless steel, Inconel-625. Test welds to ensure stability and quality of work piece and taking care to fix any weak structure to prevent safety hazards. Drawing Interpretations. Knowledge about smaw, mig, mag fcaw, tig etc. types of weldings & automation tig programming.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,656.91 per month
